The Okame cherry tree blooms in early spring. It can withstand both cold and heat better than others of its kind. While it is undeniably beautiful, it must be resilient in order to survive. When the cherry blossom tree was chosen as a visual theme for ‘As the Light Left’ we had no idea how much our journey in making it would mirror the Okame.

 

We could not be more proud of everything you see here, and it came at a cost. Everyone involved spent their time, talents, and treasure in ways far beyond what was expected of them. You’ll hear laughter, and see tears. There is pain and there is passion. All of it is real.

 

We did it for ourselves, and we did it for you.
